    Appointment of New Chief Financial Officer

    We are pleased to announce the appointment of the newest member of the VBCDC/SAC Executive Team, Mrs. Kim Johnson, as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Kim is a graduate of Howard University and has over 25 years of experience in auditing, finance and accounting. We are truly excited to Have Mrs. Johnson on board!
