VBCDC has grown into a cornerstone for affordable housing and community development in Virginia Beach, but our work continues. We envision a city where every resident—regardless of income—has access to safe, high‑quality housing in vibrant neighborhoods; where children grow up safely, seniors age in place with dignity, veterans transition successfully, and families build stability and wealth.
