    VBCDC regularly engages vendors in a wide variety of projects and services, including:

    • Construction & Rehabilitation – Supporting our housing development and renovation projects through skilled trade work, general contracting, and unit rehabilitation.

    • Maintenance Services – Providing reliable and timely support for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, pest control, and other essential needs.

    • Landscaping & Groundskeeping – Helping us maintain curb appeal, safety, and green space across our properties.

    • Technical & Professional Services – Delivering expertise in IT support, security systems, design, engineering, and other specialized fields.

    • Property Support Services – Offering services such as cleaning, debris removal, hauling, waste management, and related operational support.

    1. Vendor Registration
      Complete our Vendor Registration Form to submit your company’s information, areas of expertise, and interest in partnering with VBCDC.

    2. Qualification & Review
      Our procurement team will review submissions to confirm qualifications, licenses, insurance coverage, and compliance with VBCDC requirements.

    3. Bid on Opportunities
      Registered vendors will be notified of open solicitations and invited to bid on projects aligned with their service categories.

    4. Ongoing Engagement
      Once approved, vendors may be selected for recurring work, specialized projects, or emergency service needs across our portfolio.
