  • How do I apply?

    Apply online or call (757) 500‑2737. Have ID, income verification, and household details.

    Is there a waitlist?

    Yes. Eligible applicants are contacted as units become available.

  • How can I pay rent?

    Online via Rental Portal, by mail, or in person.

     

    When is rent due?

    1st of each month; late fees after grace period per lease.

  • How do I request repairs?

    Non‑emergencies via Maintenance Portal. Emergencies call (757) 500‑2753.

     

    What counts as an emergency?

    No heat in winter, plumbing leaks/flooding, electrical hazards, broken entry locks, gas smell.

  • Who qualifies?

    Based on income, household size, and in some cases veteran status or disability. Program‑specific guidelines apply.
