This 50% deposit will reserve the Inclusivity Room for your event. Final Payment is due in full 30 days prior to the reservation date.
Total non-profit rental rate for the Inclusivity Room is $250 for 4 hours.
Inclusivity Room- 50% Initial Deposit (NP)
This space holds 40 people seated dinner-style, 50 people seated auditorium-style, and 60 people for a standing reception.
·Renter MUST provide all audio-visual equipment, flip-chart paper, and markers.
·NO ticket sales or entrance fee-collection are permitted on premises.
·All activities MUST take place inside of The Inclusivity Room and not on property grounds.
·There are 27 parking spots starting at 5PM on weekdays, and 54 parking spots anytime on weekends.
