Partnerships

 

The Virginia Beach Community Development Corporation success is built upon successful partnerships.  Since the inception of the organization, we have partnered with both the public and private sector.  The organization has developed many projects and programs that involve numerous housing partners .  Our first program was a Homeownership Program and was created by partnering with the City of Virginia Beach and Virginia Housing (VH).

 

The first rental housing program, the Transitional Housing Program for homeless families, was created by partnering with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the City of Virginia Beach, a local financial institution, and local social service agencies.

 

Over the years, we have partnered with many organizations both private, public, and non-profit.
