In partnership with the City of Virginia Beach Department of
Human Services, VBCDC provides housing for low-income persons
with mental and developmental disabilities.
As the property owner
of group homes and 2 small multi-family developments , VBCDC
is responsible for the management and maintenance of the housing.
The Department of Human Services provides all case management
services, including supervision, intervention, and training in
various independent living skills.
