The Virginia Beach Community Development Corporation is located
in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
VBCDC has a full-time staff of 21. There are four functional
areas of our organization:
Executive ~ Financial ~ Community Development ~ Operations
VBCDC provides numerous programs and services that assist
the low and
moderate-income family.
These programs include:
- Permanent Financing, Down Payment,
and Closing Cost Assistance to First Time Home Buyers
- New Construction and Rehabilitation
for Sale in the First Time Home Buyers Program
- First Time Home Buyer Seminars

& Confidential Foreclosure Prevention and Loss Mitigation
Counseling
- Rental Housing for Low-Income Families
- Rental Housing for Low-Income Disabled

- Rental Housing and Support Services
